Ajay Negi Playing steps in the stairs, always try to grab a place to play.
Sugandha Gupta it was a superb experience... didn't knew at that time that i'll be missing it so much!! i get very nostalgic whenever i see or hear anything related to "SJA" SJA surely rocked.. and always will :)
Rahul Maurya I still sometimes pass by.
George Arthur MILLIE The beginning of my formal education which, due to the prevailing circumstances of a military life was a series of disruptions. It is unsettling to one’s education to be moved from place to place and from school to school. My enduring recollections of SJA are few – being taken to and from by tonga; the annual school concert; and particularly one sports day when I ‘won’ a silver cup although I came last in a foot race. That precious item has travelled the world with me and is still in my possession – this year, in celebration, I shall have it fully restored to its former shining glory.
Adarsh Puri Rolling down Rajpur Road on bi-cycle on an early, February freezing morning with cold air hitting the face and benumbing the fingers...
Mayank Pande This was the best this in my life to have the privelege to study in SJA for 12 long years. i still rem the Red fort and the white elephant bad state of art auditurium. the canteen and the fuctions. i would cherish the memories down the lane of the school and the pride to be a Josephite. In am presently in Army and my give credit to SJA to groom ,me so that i could serve the nation in the way i choice to do so and with pride i say "Audya mo hi param puja".
Rachit Mohin An expirence of a lifetime to be assicociated and groomed at S.J.A.
Vikram Giroti Spent many years running sometime practise sometime tantra sir punishment
Shobit Arora Private cricket practice in t hockey field while our Eco. class still going strong.... checking out new 'talent' before the sports day ,during prelim rounds rather and our glorious sports days finally !!
Harmeet Singh It was great experience from the begining .I came from CJM after doing my 2nd grade there with Miss Gatmell. The class for me in SJA was the Baracks next to the Brothers Residence.
Navneet Panwar good
Dev Doot Sen Such a long time ago - 1968 I graduated with my Senior Cambridge. Those days we had tow great teachers - Mr. Gupta teaching science and Mr. D'Souza teaching maths, he also ran the debating society. I was in the debating society, I used the badge for my blue blazer I must try and find it. I remember Bro Dooley, Dunn and Donavan. I heard that Bro Dooley passed away a while back. We used to live in Nimmi Road just by the Rispana river and I used to cycle to work. I know at least one guy from our branch who is on FaceBook. Any alumni living in the UK as I moved here in 1971 and have ended up living here. I do go back to India but never been back to Dehra Dun must go there next time.
Varun Chhabra S.J.A... dis name revokes mixed feelings of fun , laughter, memories, inspirations, nostalgia, d choir, love , care.. nd above all pride. I became a part of the sja family in 1989.. as a small 4 yr old kid.. since 1989 sja has been my identity..
Vikas Saraogi jsut cannot forget every minute spent at SJA
Arvit Lakhera Where I wanted to be since my first glimpse at it.
Rohit Chandna 13 years i have spend in SJA it was like my second home.
Rupesh Singh Some of the best moments of my life were spent here... i owe all of what i am today to SJA ..its teachers.. to the friends who are still the most dear to me... to all those feelings which we all commonly have of unity, mischief, belonging, pride, happiness, ...to the big buildings and yes to the fields.. to the cricket matches, hockey matches .... to the sports day..to the big golden jubilee marathon race ...to the cultural events (Ramayana sound and light show )...to all those classroom moments... to the after school times and ..to all the people who have been just too important for me as i moved on to take on this world. Alas i am unable to give all of this to my own child.
Vikram Datta MAJESTIC OLD BLOCK... THANK GOD ITS STILL THERE
Arti Jain Too many happy memories to capture in a paragraph. I'm planning to write a novel soon!
Vibhav Gaur Amazing

Tirupati Juneja It is hard to put the entire Experience in words. As no words can describe what I feel today for SJA. All I can say is that I have spent the best days of my life at SJA and the memories enrich me even today to become a better person every second of my life.
Madhukar Dhiman Those days are etched on my heart. There were a lots of firsts. The first exam, the first teacher and many more (some you don't talk about).
Indra Vikram Singh Lots of fun, lots of cricket, no girls.

Himanshu Datta How fair is the far spreading vlae of the doon.... it was beautiful
Subhadro Guha The magnificient playing field in front of junior section...lab bldg... main bldg... the curved road from the main gate to the principals office..... it seems like a dream... another life!!!!
Hari Shanker Deo I remember that the Principal was Bro' Dooley from Ireland and that at various times, I was taught by Bro's Long, Donovan, Fooley and Devrey, all Irish Bro's. We all spoke in English except in the Hindi period. Miss Dhamija was our Hindi teacher. Mr. Gupta taught Science. The other lady teachers were mostly in the junior classes. There were a few Anglo-indians. We all came to school in cycles. Some of the lady teachers and students came in tongas. There were no Indian Bro's..
Supriya De was wonderful with the benefit of nostalgia
Sanjay Sharma happiest days of life
Amit Paul Lakra a path of self-realization
Nitin Sharma The wisdom acquired through the learnings and teaching during those twelve years has a lot of bearing to the person that I am today. Everything from the physical structures to intangibles like character, values, beliefs are the aftermath of the experience and guidance during that epoc. Whenever I walk down the memory lane to introspect and to relive the moments of my life, I have the picture of my memory lane as the one that leads the school's main gate to the main office building and the main school building. The walk down that concrete road has that mesmerising effect which can be felt anywhere like I am feeling one right now as I write this. That road never had sunlight seeping through the thick Gulmohr trees on both sides. The moment you enter that road, there use to be a unique silence just like the silence we find in the Pagodas and you leave the hustle and bustle of life behind only to find solace in that silence. Even the Lotus Temple here in Delhi cannot match the meditative silence that was felt in the school environ.

When Mrs.Ins played the school song on the Piano and we sang, it gives me a goose flesh every time....So Much to write. I hope Time takes me to a flash back and return me those golden days again. Did everthing that i wanted to.goteverything that i desired and achieved everything that i aimed for...Life was complete in school
Vikram Datta impressive buildings, open spaces
Rohan Mittal None like it, it was majestic, made me a revolutionary in some way, made me think unconventionally, made me a realist and a dreamer at the same time, the teachers helped me realize my interest for the basic sciences, physics to be specific, I can never forget that time, there are some of the times I can recall by hours, while others not even days, but I remember most of my teachers which formed the best part of me while I was there and still, and off course my friends, both an honour, I wish to do my Alma-Mater proud, and I will. Thank you very much.
