Ajay Negi I still miss Gurmukh Singh Sir , who always had his own english like when new boy or girl used to join-mummy daddy u army. 
Sugandha Gupta all the things..assembly, classes, bunk, recess, canteen, bun-samosa!, P.T. period, fun, auditorium, farewell,...made my journey at SJA, a never forgettable one..

Mayank Pande that was an experince of its own and the right from the first day and last day i would rem and love my children also so have the same experince and excitment as i have all through out my life. i love my school like hell.

Shobit Arora Loved the entry to our school with those beautiful buildings amongst trees..forgot which tress were those.....Our P.T teacher ..Sir Singh and his terror and respect for him as well. Rush to the 'Red House' ..our loo during junior days with the jingle of t intervall bell.. Sai's bun samosa n bun chhola !! yumm... Our german sheperd's and t envy to their trg grd and bro. Carroll's majestic walk amongst t class rooms !! zonal sports and we beating the so called big names...Doon/welhams/Cambrian hall et al .. and the final event on sports day -- cycle race !!!! 
Harmeet Singh I was in the first class which became co-ed in SJA boy it was fun we just had 5 or 6 girls in the entire school and gradually it caught up.New section E was formed to fill in the large numbers of students.

Dev Doot Sen We used to put on shows each year one year there were three of us (I just can't remember the names of the other two guys) we formed a trio band and sang "When I am 64" by the Beatles we called ourselves the Academites - I think my mom still has photo of that I must try get a copy of her. One day a few of us bunked off to Mussori it was winter and there was snow on the groud. 
Varun Chhabra school life was quite fun... though i never bunked classes but i was the mischevious boy... always late for assembly.. then making excuses for not being able to run 2 rounds of 'Big Field'. classes were meant to conveniently pass our time chit chatting ( i was branded the most talkative boy of our class) or playing cross nd knots. P.t. period remeinds me of sharma sir.. who tried so hard to teach us hockey.. communicating the nuances of hockey in his very special english.. (often overshadowed by grammar of bajwa mam..) den dere was dis tau of our school (cycle stand caretaker).. another jovial character. I miss all of dis a lot... simplicity combined with carefree behavior...

Rupesh Singh Its was a big thing.. i still remember the pride i used to have for just being a part of the school. Being a Josephite was a brand and i am so happy that the brand is still going so strong. Class 11th and 12th were the most memorable ones... that's were the actual bonding happened with the guys.. the bonding which i am yet to find in any other relationship. We use to fight, play, tease the girls ( mostly cjm), trouble the teachers, compete in exams, go for treks, eat up the tiffen during the class, etc etc...yet today, with no expectations i have the best friends in these guys... that's school life for me.

Arti Jain Being a part of the debating team, losing the vote to be the school's head girl by 6 votes!! Getting the Josephite of the year award and making life long friendships, plus the usual crushes on mates and teachers!

Divya Murti he he he!! wow still remember the bun samosa and the bun chhola and the icecreamwala, the majestic auditorium where we gave our board exams and celebrated the farewell and specially the "SOCIALS" with the gals of CJM!!!! I remember the function in respect of mother Teresa and the flute celebrity Pandit Chaurasia. and much much more..

Dipin Mehta Bro.J.C.Caroll used to take rounds perpetually on the rear side and cross over into the class from the huge windows.Sai jis BUN SAMOSA/CHOLA can never be forgotten.Auditorium was built during the Golden Jubilee celebrations and I happened to act as RAM for the sound and light show RAMAYANA directed by Mr Avi Nanda.Participated in many plays with lead roles.....gud old days.Mr Bajaj was one of the Best Teachers to have....lived in Madhoram Colony.

Hari Shanker Deo In school science and maths were the tough subjects. Later Hindi also became difficult since Hindi was not my mother-tongue. Hardly visited Dennis's tuck shop. Used to have lunch at home. We used to take part in Hindi dramas. We were the only ones to come to school in a car. I remember the torrential rains. We all had gum boots and raincoats. Remember the P.T. and sports. Debates and declamations. When I passed out felt very sad that I had to part with all my friends. Most left Dehradun forever. Some are dead and gone.

P.T. periods were the most fun and the interval was usually spent either playing in the Big Field or devouring the delicious Bun-samosas in the canteen. The best place to bunk was the corridor beside the Library... Jai Bhaiya was a willing accomplice in all such endeavors...

Deepak Ramola Oh I get nostalgic. A sweet heart ache, makes me remember the past with a sad and happy feeling. I long to walk down with my old friends next to the big field. Oh That sports Days, That morning Assembly and Gurung Sir shouting at us. So many things in life just flash by and I thought, yes ! this will stay with me, this will stay with me for long, I will never for get this dawn, thas passion, this love, but Shewwwwwwww...!!, and its all gone, but I believe it stays in your memory.........Nothing has been so close to my heart than my school days. My teachers, Br.Maldoni, Br.Bernard, S.K.Gupta sir, Shukla sir, Xavier David sir, Mrs.Devgan, Mrs.Bist, Gurung sir and Sharma sir (PTIs)...the list is endless and every teacher is unique and special to me. I don't how can pay back these fine people for their tremendeous efforts they've put in to shape me to face this world. Like a fine sculpturist (*Quote:Michael Angelo) they've tried making me a master piece.

Gurinder J. Singh I was a student from 1957 to 1959 when we passed our GCE exams. Samosas during break from the canteen with coca cola were a daily snack. P.T . was always dreaded but we always looked forward to weekends because a film was shown in the lunch area shed.

Hari Shanker Deo We used to have moral science at the beginning of each day. There was a teacher who just couldn't control the VII th. Std., which was the combined VI A and B. Most of the boys left and so did the teacher. The whole class was given a double promotion and so we went directly to the IXth. The Xth. was our last year at school and we were very sad since we knew that we would have to leave the school and our wonderful friends forever. We had boxing but once a boy was crying after a bout. Bro. Dooley found out and that was the end of boxing.

Ankit Suri The best part was the interval when we used to run towards the canteen and stretch our hands to the maximum and get a bun samosa...The moment it reached our hands we used to gulp it th very next minute.. Mr.Sharma's P.T. period was the most awaited period in the entire week.Football matches and running around the field. Cultural week was one thing in which every josephite used to participate in one form or the other. Those were the 3 days of fun, thrill and total excitement. Producing deafening noises to win the trophy for the house producing the maximum noise

Rohan Mittal The most wonderful days of my life!! I was a sincere and studious in some way. Used to like computer programming, physics, and math in particular. I still remember the classroom with the teacher and my desk. Wow, I just love it, it needs to be in print, I think so. Miss you SJA! :)
